H.E. University Vice Rector Prof. Abdullah bin Abdullah on Friday issued a circular to all authorities at the university on the advance planning of the works, projects and programs that the authorities wish to provide or approve during the next fiscal year based on Article 12 of the new government competition and procurement system.
