His Excellency the Vice Rector of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Prof. Hamad bin Nasser Al-Tureiki, inaugurated on Monday the new medical laboratories at the University Hospital in Al Kharj, as part of the University’s plan to develop the healthcare system and enhance the efficiency of medical services. His Excellency cut the ribbon and toured the laboratory departments, which are equipped with the latest technologies, and was briefed by the executive administration on workflow mechanisms, operational capacity, and the accuracy of results in accordance with approved standards.
The laboratories represent a qualitative addition to improving healthcare quality, strengthening research and clinical training, and accelerating diagnosis while enhancing operational efficiency, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the healthcare sector.
