Standing Committees
1- Standing Committee for Examination of Bids
Committee tasks: study all competitions offered by the university and decide on its anchoring.
2- The permanent committee to study the needs of academic and administrative units for technical equipment
Committee tasks: studying the need of academic and administrative units for IT equipment and education techniques and follow-up to secure them.
3- The Standing Committee of the University's Distinguished Employee Award
Committee tasks: drawing up the general policies of the award and approving the name of the prize and its conditions and criteria and the nominating process and the value of the award and adopting the results of the nomination of the winners.
4- The Standing Committee for Documentation and Automation of Work Procedures at the University
The tasks of the committee: work to document the work procedures of the university and improve them and raise its efficiency and complete the work procedures after improving and documenting them.
5- Standing Committee for Electronic Transactions
Tasks of the Committee :
• Develop the plan for electronic transactions at the university and supervise its implementation so that it is in line with the National Plan for Communications and Information Technology, and the Executive Plan for Government Electronic Transactions in the Kingdom.
• Supervising the implementation of the university's portal as well as financial, administrative, and academic systems.
• Develop a strategic IT plan and identify the necessary computer requirements and requirements.
• Develop the IT Executive Plan with the aim of providing hardware, software, and networking to implement the objectives of the strategic plan.
6- The Standing Committee for Monitoring the Progress of Work on University Projects
Tasks of the Committee :
• Study the reports of the supervisors of the implementation of the university projects and identify the difficulties and obstacles to the implementation of these projects and work to find appropriate solutions for them.
• Field follow-up to the implementation of university projects.
• Study what is referred to them in relation to buildings rented by the university.
7- Standing Committee for Security and Safety in all university facilities
Committee tasks: policy-making and strategic plans for security and safety at the university.
8- Standing Committee to Follow up on Budget Items
Committee tasks: follow-up budget items and doors and conduct and implement everything that would fulfill the university's financial obligations.
9- Housing Standing Committee
Tasks of the Committee :
• University housing policy-making.
• Establishing rules, conditions, and standards governing housing in all its aspects, including determining housing benefit statuses, consideration of housing applications, and housing issues.
• Assessing and approving the different needs of residential units from a specialist point of view.
